Jam

Components:
100 gr Physalis without the outer bark.
330 ml of water
1 lemon (its juice)
40 gr sugar or honey
1/2 orange

Implementation
Wash the bubbles and cut them in half.
Mix all the ingredients in a saucepan.
Bring the mixture to a boil while stirring.
Then let the jam simmer for about 10 minutes.
Remove the pan from the heat and allow the jam to cool.
Put the jam in a jar and seal with the lid.

1 tangerine
Or a cup of melon
2 tablespoons Physalis
Or a cup of yogurt
Or a cup of almond or your favorite milk
1 teaspoon chia seeds
5 pieces of ice

Implementation
Combine all ingredients in a blender.
Mix until the ingredients are homogeneous.
